F-1 help not working

When I use F-1 to find help on a field it just displays blank screen. Any ideas to fix this???

Hello Cosmo,

if You want a f1 Help, you have to write a Documentation to the field or the Data element.

Steps ( Data element 😞

- Go to the Table, the field is in.

- Dubbleclick to the Data element

- Click the Button Documentation

--> what your write here, the F1- Help show you.

If this doesn't help, it could by a problem with the language.

If you write the documentation in German, in English it shows nothing.

I dont have to write any help documentation. Here is my problem again:

I am connecting remotely to the crm system and if i use F-1 help it just displays blank screen.
