Delivery completed indicator.

Hi,

when I set delivery completed in MIGO during a partial goods receipt posting, after saving, the indicator not work and after is possible posting furthers deliveries.

Help!

Hi,

The functionality of delivery completed is misunderstood mostly. That indicator when set, SAP still allows processing further GRs. It is set in the PO for statistical purposes only. Meaning, when you run the reports on open PO#s which do not have set delivery completed indicators, you will view the report that you wanted. It also releases the budget to commitment items so that other PO#s created for that commiment items can be released. It has no control, however, on further receipts.

It comes in standard SAP. SAP checks whether the so far delivered qty + currently being processed GR qty in MIGO equals to the PO line item qty inclduing tolerances if any specified. If it equals, the delivery completed indicator is automatically selected by SAP in standard. it can be suppressed if you don't require, for the plant level, in configuration.

Go to

SPRO>MM>Inventory Management> Goods Receipt> you will find the config for delivery completed check box ...
