Client copy on SAPNetWeaver04SneakPreviewABAP

Has anybody managed to perform a client copy on the SAPNetWeaver04SneakPreviewABAP. After trying to perform a client copy I have received the following error :

Transaction Canceled BRAIN 010 ( 000 )

with a more detailed decription being:

The SAP BW system must not be operated in client &

Hi Gavin,

In the version 6.40 of the WAS the BW is a standard component and the BW cannot use 2 clients in same machine as we usually do with the R/3 or CRM ... You maybe are having this issue by this reason... maybe if you give us more information we can be more precise...

Hi Komaroff,

Have worked out what the problem is. The minisap version delivered used stack 11. There was a bug with BW and client copying with this stack level. I have turned on TMS and loaded until stack 13. This has fixed my client copy problem and I now have a client 100 where I can play. I also had to enable multiple background dialogue and an update dialogue. Finally have a workflow development environment 😆

1) how do I to turn on TMS

2) how do I enable background dialog and update dialog
