Hi, by mistake I uploaded a wrong image into the repository into one of the Data group. Now is it possible to delete or replace that wrong image and upload a new one in place of that. Please help
Thanks.
Regards,
Ravi
Hi Ravi,
Yes you can delete the the image from the data manager and upload a new one. For that you have to do the following steps:
1) Delete the image in Data manager.
2) Upload the new image in the Data Group.
3) Then again Import the data in Import Manager. In this while doing value mapping for images map the images properly.
4) Now in Match Records your default action could be update all null fields.
This upload your new image in the record.
Hope I am able to answer you.
Thanks & Regards

Ravi,
You can also just go to the wrong image in the Images table, right click on it, and select to Replace it with another image. Doing it this way will maintain any links associated with the original image. If you do a delete and then load the new image you will also have to reassign any links.

Hi Ravi,
In Data Manager ,Main Table one can double click the PDF link towards the bottom part of the column where all Qualified table etc are placed.
This will pop up a window to remove/replace the picture from the link.
Hope this is what u r looking for
