I check all possible standard report available in SAP, This requirement is purchasing group wise, and the user will take the out put of report in Excle file and analyse it.

Pl. suggest me how to get number of PR released/ Number of PO ordered or Number of any kind of purchasing document.

(I donot want number of line items)

Sandeep

Thanks for your Valuable Reply,

I check all these standard reports,

When I sort the report Purchasing Group wise, and take the download in excle file, system showing list item wise i.e. in the column of purchasing doucment number is repeated for the item numbers (eg. If one PO contain 5 five items, then the same PO number is repeated five time therefore I could not count the number of entry in that colum.

There should be reports in the menu Information systems > Logistics > Purchasing ... that can give you this number.

However there is a pretty easy way to count this entries:

Se16, table EKKO, enter purchasing group and a date range in teh selection and click the button for number of entries above the selection.

alternative you can get it for all purchasing groups at the same time when you use transaction TAANA .
