XI Problems

There is a problem of performance in my SAP XI 3.0 SP15 installation. Analyzing the SM21 there is the warnings type "Communication Error, CPIC return code 17, SAP return code 677". With that, the system is very slow and the queues begin to stop. In these situation only solved when the server is restarted. When the server and XI service are started is necessary to register and activate the queues manually, otherwise they are with gree flag ( recorded ) and nothing is processed. For about 10 days more or less the system works normally, after these days is necessary to start all over again...

Someone have any idea for this problem?
