Hi,
There is no direct way thru which u can download full table components rather u can download the table contents to the local file by using UTILITIES->LIST_SAVE_LOCAL...
If u want to download the table components, then fetch all the records from DD03L by giving ur table name to one internal table. Then use function module 'GUI_DOWNLOAD' to download the internal table to ur local drive.

You can get the data from DD03L into an internal tablle and move that data to your local system.

u can download ur table data in two ways.
1. directly from sap table to your local system.
thr utilities.
2. by extracting the data from sap table into internal table and finally downloading it to your sytem . for this m sending u screen shots. chk tht.
