OutPut determination issue.

Hi All,

This is an urgent issue and your response will be very much appreciated.

We have implemented one ALE scenario between two R/3 systems. In this scenario whenever a PO create/change in one system automatically a customizing output is getting triggered which is creating/changing Sales Order in another system.

Few days back Client has changes his requirement and want to create the sales order only at the time of PO change not at the time of creation.

Problem we are facing is that when we are changing the PO the change output type is only triggered not the create output type.

We have check configuration setting and every thing is in place.I am not getting why it is not picking the create out put?

Can you please have a look and let us know your thoughts.

Regards,

Sandeep.

Hello Sandy,

Can we have same condition table and acess sequence for the Create output type as we are having for the change out put type. Also make sure that the change out put type is not triggerd during document change(Remove all the condition records from the change output type).

Try this and let us know if it helps..

Hi Saket,

Thanks for the reply. We are using the same conditional table and access sequence for the both output type. But our requirement is that whenever PO will change it will trigger the create request first and if we make susequent change then it should trigger change request.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Sandeep.

Hello Sandeep,

Can you check once whether there is any Requirement OUTPUT CONTROL attached to your Create Output type. To check this you can go to NACE and check if the Requirement Routine is attached to the Output type or to the access sequence of the out put type. If yes , then get the Requirement routine analysed .
