Assigning HTTP Port

hi ,

Pls tell me of how to assing a HTTP port to a BW system

When i go to SMICM and see th J2ee http port it is empty

Pls let me know of how to set the port for J2ee_http.

also let me know the default port.

Hi Balaji

J2EE default HTTP port is 5<instnr>00, for example if your instance number is 00 then it is 50000.

You can change the port in the visual admin tool: /usr/sap/SID/<instance>/j2ee/admin/go (for unix)

Dispatcher -> Services -> Http Provider -> Ports

This is a AS-ABAP system.

I dont have java installed in this system and i dont have the folder also
