Material determination - trace the user who has created the record

Hello Experts,

I have checked the Table KONH , where i have put the usage as D (material determination) and looked for the condition record maintained but i have not found any records although i can see from VB13 that the record is maintained.

How can i trace the user who has created the material substitution record ?
