change number

This is an urgent requirement during post go live stage. from PLM all the materials are uploaded to Z BOM. but the change numbers are not getting updated. we have created change numbers for 2000 materials in T.Code cc01.

we want to know where to find those change numbers we created. with the description of material, validity.

pls help me with this.

Hi Sanjeev..,

Go SE16, Enter tha table name AENR, there Select the fields AENNR for change number, AETXT for Description, and DATUV for Validity.

it is working fine for me. i could able to extract the list. with requirements as you mentioned.

if it is not satisfy your requirement please come back with little more details.

see we created 2000 change numbers yesterday.

in se16 it is only showing 172 numbers and it is not showing any material number.

Dear Sanjeev,

There is one field in the Data Browser Selection Screen which restricts the output i.e, the Maximum no. of Hits fileds. Pls. check the same.

Dear Sanjeev,

<b>Using T code CC07</b>,give the Valid from date as yesterday (as you have

created all the change numbers yesterday).

Include the tick mark for the check box against With Management records & also

for Additional Selection Option & radio button for And operation & again in the

bottom of the selection screen ,select the radio button for List output for By

Object Managment Record.

After executing you will get the change numbers along with for which object(I

mean in your case the material)will get displayed.

No need to goto Tables and fetch the data.

<b><u>N.B:</u></b> One small question from my side,please tell me why did u create

2000 change numbers for 2000 materials.Why did'nt you use one change number

for all 2000 materials.

i know we dont have to create 2000 numbers for 2000materials. this requirement is from the client.
