Posting to Revenue & Exp GL accts

Hi Everybody,

Please guide me on the error "Cost Center not valid for Cost Element #" I got when I tried to simulate FB50 with an expense account and a Balance Sheet account. The cost element referred is for the expense account. When I checked the cost element, there is no cost element for this expense GL.

Please guide me as it's urgent.

Hi

Try this one - Change the CO account assignment key in the ISU Contract and see the results.

Hi

This error may happen for 2 reasons

1) Create a new cost element for the respective GL a/c or 2) Remove the cost center which is mentioned in Doc.
