Post upgrade issue on BEx

Hi,

We had upgraded recently to netweaver 2004s. after upgrade, we are able to execute the queries on Web, but not in BEx.

any pointers to this issue?

Hi,

This is the error message that i get

"Error An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL occured. Error Dereferencing of the NULL reference."

Hi satya,

have you migrated ur web templates?set default web template 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN in RSCUSTV27.If you getting that error again Install the webtemplate again from business content and execute ur template again.Also make sure u refresh the metadata in WAD in menu settings.It will ask to restart WAD again.Post back if u get the error again.
