IDES Installation Error

Hi All,

First I install Ides Software in my system. Updating Database Statistics had an error.

The error message as follows,

ERROR 2007-11-23 08:41:00

CJS-00288 Could not update database statistics.<br>DIAGNOSIS: Command brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPIDS returned 3.<br>SOLUTION: See brconnect.log for details.

Pls give me the solution for solve the problem.
