functional specification design document very urgent

HI gurus

i am a sd consultant i have some doubts regarding this. The following functional specification design document i got from Abaper. For this how should prepare functionaal spec.

overview and scope is

This form will be used to provide delivery information of an order to the distributor (Sold to).

Scope is

The form described in this RICEF should trigger every time an (ZILF) Delivery is created for the following Sales Order Document types within the ZI Distribution Channel:

ZIOX

ZIOO

ZIKB

The information that will be contained in this form includes, Complete Sales Order Detail as well as the Delivery status of each line item, including the Ordered and Delivered Quantities of the Sales Order and Delivery Document. Once this form is completed it will then be emailed to the Sold To (Distributor) and cc’d to the employee who Created the Sales Order. Once the form is generated, it will need to be emailed to Sold TO (Distributor) and cc’d to the AA rep whom created the order. (VBAK-ERNAM)

how will prepare for this This is very urgent.
