1.In customer complaint returns- Is't possible to control the automatic credit memo generation from notification or inspection lot or QI stock

2.if any std sap function module available for creating return delivery revesal,

stock transfer order and transfer posting (and reversal also)

from notification

(I know for vendor complaint - transfer unrestricted to block or QI

and return delivery to vendor -- function module available.)

Hello Srini,

what you could try is to copy the Function Modules for the the vendor complaint into your own name space (ZQM06...) and try to adjust these with you own logic for the stock transfer. I have seen this done.

I donot think from a notification you will be able to do it. QM doesnot have control over the documentation of goods movement. Except where the return to vendor 122 movement can be done but documents are generated in MIGO only.
