Split functionality of Target Groups as Background Process
Im working on CRM 5.0
I currently have a business case wher I create a large target group, and later use split to divide it for example to all Employees responsible so they can refine their target group and hence assign personal call lists based on this split from the parent target group.I have no problem doing this manually via Segment Builder.
How can I use the split functionality as background processes? For example if I need to re-consolidate the target group and split for the employees responsible (agents)...
