I thought at the very first what a pitty question ) and now i am already investigating since 1 hours to find out where this process is determined.. )
The point is, that I tested in our internal systems and I am getting all the time this notifications if I received new BussWorkPlace mails, so I suppose this should be default in the R/3.
Please check your system. Log out the system let you send a message and login again to the system.
Please keep me on the loop
