Hi all,

i want to implement a workflow which creates an Activity after having received an Email in my SAP System. Does anybody has an idea in which way i have to create my workflow?

My problem is not to start the workflow but I don' know how to create an activity inside it!

It seems that the ERMS is the right way for it but I'm not sure....

If anybody have an idea, guide or solution...let me know!

thanks for your reply!

I want to realize a campaigne scenario in which I send a Survey via Email to an Business Partner. If this Partner sent a response to CRM, the CRM have to create an activity.

I followed step by step note 988209 and adapted it to my scenario.

In the second step I read the ERMS Guide and customized the system to receive Emails.

I hope the scenario is more clearer...

Hey

Try in Rule Modeler in your policy in actions tab - I found there action = Create interaction Record.

Hi Tobias,

When ever you receive an Email, System automatically create an Interaction Record which is An Activity. You can check in Interaction History or Interaction Record in INBOX.

Are you able to Receive Emails into agentINBOX?

Have you finished all config. steps?
