User information is required twice when using self-registration

Hi all,

I've configured UME self registration process on NW04s SP09 (using UME service properties), but when I click the "Register Now..." link on the portal login page, I first get the selfreg jsp form, where I have to enter user details and (even I don't enter anything) when I press submit, second application is started and displayed (SelfregApp) asking for similar user data.

Has anyone run into the same issue?

Hi Stoimen,

If the "Register Now..." button is displayed that means your setup is pretty much done. The problem you are describing seems very unique to your setup environment. I would just check different computers as this seems like a browser related issue.

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the issue. I tried different computers and browsers, but it is still the same.

I also tried searching the documentation and the forums here...nothing found..

Anyway, I will continue to investigate.
