Payment terms

Hi,

When i try Process(create) contracts in SRM and try to select Search help for payment terms ... Message is diaplyed as "No values found'.

I Executed the following reports in SRM Box : bbp_upload_payment_terms

Provide me the table names also in SRM.

Points will be rewarded..

Hi Raju,

The Payment terms that you select locally in SRM for Invoice or Contract are stored in Tables:

1.) BBP_PAYTERM

2.) BBP_PAYTERM_TEXT

Running the report BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMENT_TERMS will only upload payment terms with your backend logical system association. If you wish to upload the payment terms locally, you can create them manually in SPRO-> Payment terms, i am not sure of the navigation but you should find it in the cross application settings.

If you wish to upload payment terms automatically, ensure that your local table (i.e. BBP_PAYTERM has no entries with your SRM Logical system) is cleared and then run the report BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMENT_TERMS , you will find another selection on the report <b>"Preassign terms to local system".</b> Populate the field and your payment terms will also be created locally.
