Internal order budjeting

Hi Gurus

In my sinario, we have controlling area with controlling area currency as USD, we have given 1000 USD as a budjet for one internal orders for indian Operations used in indian company code. If At the time of giving budget the exchange rate was 35. But at the time of Posting it is 40 rupees. Now what is the relavent for budget control. Whether 1000 USD irrespective of exchange rate or 40,000 rupees.

If it is 1000 USD that is 40000 rupees on todays rate, how can i controll budget to the exchange rate given at the time of budget.

Hi

Currency and Exch rate type maintains in the Budget Profile.

Based on the above fields data - system considers the budget and also converts the amount into co code currency / CO area currency

System 'll check both currencies amount while checking the budget....but the exchange rate type can be different while converting the amount (budget amount in Order and Transaction currency amount can be converted based on different ex.rate types)
