Hi All,

we are using a work flow for time sheet approval. Employee raised time sheet and went to the manager for approval but in the same task other team members time sheets also displaying for approval. what might be the problem.

Hi Shiva,

It is difficult to say (I don't see your WF and logs) why it happens. In my opinion there is only one reason of problem. If the log for task shows wrong list of agents (check it before the execution) you should check procedure of agents finding - function module, role, organization structure (i don't know what is being used).

This problem is occuring in standard work flow, so problem might be happening because of the organization structure?

Hi Shiva,

May be. The first step must be done with log (SWI1). If before the step execution the list of agents is wrong it means that organization structure should be inspected.
