Hi

If any buddy tell me what is the benefit of Work center take as group of employees or Employee please guide me which one is better

If you go into the definition of workcenter for SAP PM purposes it is a group of people with similar skills. Such as mechnical works, electrical works, fire & safety personnel, erection and projects engineers etc... So as per the standard if usually the company needs to monitor personnel as such departments you can maintain workcenters at this level. But if you take the case of customer service there every service engineer works independently. And tracking needs to happen at his/her individual level. Also billing of the service engineer's work happens based on his time. In addition to all this if you have the option of integrating HR module with maintenance operations. You can ensure that workcenter can be at a skill groups level and still be able to monitor at each employee level.

you can create a work center as group of machines,or machines, labour or group of labour ,it depends up on how you structure your comapny.There are different type category eg, labour,machine,plant maintenanc, production.

suppost you are loooking after the Plant maintenance then create work center as Mecahnic,electric and specify the work center category as Plant maintenance.and group some labour under Mechanic and electric work center.Then while creating an order you can specify which work center will take up the work
