List of Journal Entries

Hi

After we execute List of journal entries, List of document number will appear as the result. If we want to display a document then we must click one by one the row. Can we customize this so we do not need to click one by one to display document ? I meant all document in list of journal entries will display like in "Display document" automatically.

additional question regarding on list of journal entries :

in list of journal entries, can i show up the FSI description? It seems no FS Description in the layout.

why don't you build a query to give you all the info you need?

You can create a specific report on document ODS and filter the ouput by the document types.

You can create the reports on Totals Cube, with drilldown reports to Document ODS.

The connection between the reports will be 0CS_ITEM.

Thank you for replying.

First option looks like suitable for me, so i tried it.

I create a query (in Business Explorer) using Document ODS.

But the layout is still not suitable for my client requirements.

I define in Rows as following :

Item

Trading Partner

Movement Type

Transaction Currency

Local Currency

For one FSI, the query return more than one rows as the result .

If you don't mind, Can I email you the screen shot ? It is too difficult for me to explain the layout in words

In the report select the follwing and retry:

Select the fiscal year variant, version, consolidation COA in the filter.

Posting period, fiscal year, company, document type in the free char.

FSI in the rows.

Period value in local currency, group currency in the columns.
