MSS- Changes/ hide the fields on overview screen n home page

Hi

I want to hide few field available in the standard MSS. Some of these fields are on overview screen and some are on home page.

Please guide me as to how I should proceed.

Solution => change display order numer to 0 for ones to hide and they will not show. That's the quickest way to do it for the "standard settings" in change mode. Other than that, you would be building your own homepage framework set and could easily do this yourself by removing the area from the "area to area group assignment".

Also, remember... THIS ONLY REMOVES IF FROM HOMEPAGE FRAMEWORK CONFIGURATION. You still need to remove the sections from your portal role. (ie. remove the attached worksets that would correspond to the Areas)
