Hi,
How can i ensure the password portion not including the user id?? Which profile parameter should i use in RZ11??

Is there any profile rule that can handle this checking in ECC 5.0 / ECC 6.0?? If no, is it possible to create one for this purpose??
No, You can't.

You cannot set this through a profile parameter.
This is predefined in SAP upto Release 4.6D.
The first three characters may not appear in the same order in the user ID. This rule applies only in systems up to SAP R/3 4.6D.
