rebate settlement

hi,

if i had done the final settlment of rebate. and found that some afterward billing still required for this settlment, what should i do?

Hi ,

After doing final settlement u can't do any thing as the status of Rebate Agreement set to D( Seetled)

To tackle the remaining billing u can either raise credit memo or Debit memo or u can even convince the customer for accepting some free of charge goods fworth (amount to be settle) .
