Error in resolution of rule AC13200137 - Derive support team in notificati

Hi,

I have create a support organization, all have country CA and set as function Service Team. At level one I have "Support Team", level two I have "FI team", "HR team", etc. Level 3 I have a position and level 4 I have assigned the Employee's to each position.

The organizations all have BP numbers.

I have created rules based on SAP components using PFAC 132A00137, when I simulate, the correct organization element is derived.

The problem is that I cannot derive the organization in the support message. In the log I get the error message : Error in resolution of rule 'AC13200137' for step '1'

I am using Action Definition SLFN001_ADVANCED_PARTNER_FIND and processing CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1.

Any help greatly appreciated and rewarded!

Hey Thomas,

The Support Team has something called Access Sequence.This Determines the source from which Support Team needs to be Filled up.

Go to SPRO-> SAP Solman-> Scenario Specific Settings-> Service Desk-> define partner determination Pro.

Select your partner Deter Proc and click then Click on Partner Funtions in Proc.

Then Select Support Team and Click On details..

Specify an relevant Access seq from Dropdown...

I dont remember which one to use..

Also can you throw more light on Action log.

Can you tell how did you conclude that its an authorization problem ???

Which Authorization object was missing ???
