Reason for rejection at line itme question - ?

Hi

how the line item will pick reason for rejection automatically in the order -?

Normally reason for rejection will enter manually for line items -?

In my scenario when i create a order I am seeing reason for rejection at line item. what could be the reason? where I can check -?

Please help me.

hi,

i suggest u jus put on the debugger so that u can knw if some program like user exit is proposing it. its not possible thru std config to auto assign the reason.

It is possible to assign the reason for rejection automatically. With the help of BDC we can do it. Contact u r ABAPer.

hai,

it is possible to assign reason for rejection for item category

spro-> sales and distribution>sales>sales document item -->define reason for rejection.

The IMG node mentioned, is used to define reason for rejection.

It is not assigned to item category in this node !

Based on the information given here.

Looks like an user exit has been used in your system to assign reason for rejection.If you might want to check the user exits that are being used in your system.
