I am new to SAP BASIS. Could anyone provide me with Netweaver Architecture Guide or any links to this specific topic so that I could understand the NW Architecture.

You shouls also buy a book on Netweaver and attend classes.

I would suggest three sources;

SAP NetWeaver master guide: can be downloaded from service.sap.com/instguides --> SAP NetWeaver --> SAP NetWeaver 7.0 --> installation --> planning.

SAP NetWeaver help: help.sap.com

SAP NetWeaver developers guide: you can find this on the link of the SDN home page.
