cancellation of previous orders

Can we make changes to cancel orders prepared 45 prior to date selected.

Yes you can cancel the sale order provided, there is no subsequent document to that.

Moreover, instead of cancelling the order, you assign some reason for rejection and close so that at a later date, if you want to check, you can do so.

Using LSMW (or BDC) for VA02 (Delete Order) this can be done.

Dear Vandana

To delete sale orders in bulk, you can do through LSMW for which you need to create a recording first. Based on this recording, you need to download the format in excel, enter the sale order numbers, save it in text file and upload through LSMW.
