change the field input on status change

hi all,

I m workin in Cic0 for the 1st time.

In tcode Cic0 there is a text field <b>Interaction Agent1</b>. When Cic0 is opened by BPO Interaction Agent for the 1st time the text field contain by default the name of Main agent who has assigned a specific target group to the BPO Interaction Agent and the status is opened.

Now my requirement is that when the BPO INteraction Agent changes the Status to any other status the username of BPO INteraction agent should come in that text field.

Plz help as its very urgent.

Hi,

The agent name is detemined based on whether the there is an org /position / user assignment, basically what you want to do is to track changes on that particular interaction - this is already possible isn´t it when you look at the interaction history ? It would give you a log of changes made in that activity ?
