tcode to park only not to post

Hi,

My client wants Tcode where the user can park the document not to post. For example FB60 is transaction code here through basis we try but fail after that i try through fv60 the result is same. Can some one suggest me how i can go ahead. Requirement the user has to park the document not to post.

For park Only you can use:

FV60 - AP

FV65 - Credit memos

FV70 - AR

FV50 - GL

The option to park only has to be defined via the security profile

where the activity for the objects below should = 77 - that is park.

F_BKPF_BLA - Document Types

With this assignment then the Park transactions will no longer have the option to Post.

if the activity = 01 then the user has access to create, in other words, post.

Also have security look at these other objects to make shre there is no conflict, in definition.

F_BKPF_BED - Customers

F_BKPF_BEK - Vendors

F_BKPF_BES - G/L Accounts

F_BKPF_BLA - Document Types

F_BKPF_BUK - Company Codes

F_BKPF_GSB - Business Areas

F_BKPF_KOA - Account TYpes

I think you should solve that with authorizations, not with special trans-code
