Alert configuration - 404 Not found

Hi, on our PI 7.0 i wanted to get in contact with alert configuration. Unfortunately this does not be activated or sth.I am getting 404 not found. Does somebody have a clue how to activate or install this?!

Hi, thx to all.

After restarting the J2EE-Instance the service is available!

Now i have to configure...

Ok, well first question by just checking the headlines of the notes:

Do we have to have CCMS to be installed?!

What i have done before this post:

1. checked the user roles - existing!

2. changed parameters in Exchange Profile to correct http-port and fully-qualified server name!

3. SICF transaction /sap/bc/bsp/sap/public/bc - activated!

Tested the alert frame again - nothing changed?!

This raises the question above - do we need CCMS?! Havn't installed it!
