sending auto. mail to credit manager

Hi Gurus,

What are the settings required to generate an automatic mail (internal) for the credit manager? It shud be generated whenever a credit limit is exceeded in sales order.

can it be done thru output control?

Hi,

Standard SAP will not provide this kind of auto generated mails to credit manager.

but,by using third party products you can do this kind of auto mail generation.

Ex:Alert management of GCI.
