Change the ABAP source for ESS

Hello,

we have a test environment, dual stack with ess. Because on another system (also dual stack) the ess in already configured, I've been asked to change the source of the first system, so that it connects to the ess of the existing system. Does anybody know what is the right way to change the ABAP source of ESS in a portal?

Hi J. Maas,

Portal uses ESS aliases to point the backend system. just create the new target system in the landscape and then move the aliases to the new system.
