Error In Logical Message System...Message Incomplete

Hi,

We are struggling to post message from the satellite system to Solution manager. We have followed sap notes 1011376 and other notes as well. Everything seems fine.

Person who has the SAP_ALL added in their profile will able to post the support message . But others cannot..

We dont want to give SAP_ALL to all the users. Can anybody suggest.

But there is no problem with the satellite system.

Person who has the SAP_ALL authorization in solution manager is able to post the message and others who dont have it is not able to post the message.

Hi Kuldeep,

Assign role "SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE" to the users who have to create support message.

Yes ..the role is already assigned to user. Still the same error is popping up.

I Base is already installed.

If it has not been installed then no body can create a message.

person who has SAP_ALL added in SSM profile can create a message and others can't.

B_NOTIF_BC

S_RFC

S_RFCACL

S_TCODE

S_GUI

S_USER_GRP

S_PROGRAM

S_APPL_LOG
