Dear Friends,
I have done the source code changes after check out code from the SLD.
In our SLD, the NWDI is installed on Development system and configured other systems are Training, Quality and Production.
I would like to view the result of changes on development system.
How can I do that?
Do I need to activate the code? or Check in the code?
I do not want to check in the code unless it is confirmed.
Please help me.
Early reply appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Pascal,
Thanks for ur prompt update.
Well, in my practice I gone ahead with on more step.
I check-in the code and asked for activation.
Meanwhile generated Activation Request Number displayed.
But even after that there is no changes resulting while executing the page.
Can you help me further on this.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks and regards,
Lakshmikanthaiah
Do you have a runtime system assigned to the Development stage of the track? If so, is the "Disable automatic deployment" check box unchecked? If the answer is "yes" to both of these questions, you should have a look at the SDM logs of your Development server to see if NWDI actually tried to deploy anything.
Note that not all DCs have a deployable result, like for example Java DCs. You can use the SDN search to find a complete list of DC types and their "deployability" ("DC deployable result"). If you do not use these DCs in a DC with a deployable result, no deployment will happen.
HiLakshmikanthaiah,
I assume that you are talking about NWDI stuff, If so I think your questions is, even if you activate your activities, changes are not reflecting in dev system. So first check runtime sys are configured are not, second thing auto deployement enabled or not. If auto deployement enabled and runtime sys are configured then check build log in CBS. It will tell you where is the probelm.

Praveen
