when I try to connect to the DTR via the NetWeaver Developer Studio, I don't know the DTR URL.Could you tell me?

I enter the URL. but server return:
Ping on server http://host:port/dtr/ failed (maybe server not available) - Unable to open connection to host. The host is down or unavailable...

Simpler way here:
If you access to the CMS, you can search for your track. And there you have the DTR and CBS URL, clicking on them can help you in checking if the servers are available or not.
