How to clean cache of MDM Portal components?

Is any way to clean the MDM Portal components cache or mdm connector cache?

I have tried to stop/start the com.sap.mdm.tech.connector, com.sap.pct.mdm.appl.packages.mdm_550, com.sap.pct.mdm.appl.packages.mdm_550 but it doesn´t works

My problem... When I make an unarchive into an existing repository, the iViews connected to it behaves oddly. If I unarchive into a new repository and reconnect the iViews to this new repository then they work perfectly.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The easiest way to achieve what you are trying is to restart the Netweaver instance.

Hi Rafael,

You can check for setting in the Universal Worklist (UWL) since it provides unified and centralized access to the open work of a user and the relevant information in the portal. It collects tasks and notifications from multiple provider systems in one list for one-stop access.

Hi, Krutarth

Looking at UWL makes sense to me because the workaround to the odd behavior was creating a new connection user in MDM.

Thanks a lot
