Throws exception when accessing software catalog objects

Hello All,

Ours is XI 3.0 QA env, and when trying to access the objects under "Software Catalog" of SLD, it throws an error "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.sap.lcr.webui.dialog.ProductDetailView".

To fix this problem ,I even tried of re-initializing the JAVA web start and clearing the folders of it.

Note: Rest all things are fine and accessible too.

Can any one help to fix this problem.

Which SP is your XI server on? Can you try Service Market place notes search? I remember seeing a similar thread that had a OSS note fix for this issue
