Two records?

Hello Folks,

We are performing transfer and process on the same day and doesn’t involve any changes in the status. Once we perform the transfer and subsequently pay changes, the system confirms that it deletes the earlier record and once we confirm, it deletes the previous transfer record and overwrites with pay changes record.

I tried removing the status, it allows to record two actions, but the earlier record doesn’t have the end date and the pay changes (latest record) is having the end date (31/12/9999).

Appreciate the inputs.

FC is "other actions" and am unable to understand why the records are not getting stored in 0302?

TC is "3".

We have 0302 to get additional actions stored and unsure why the records are overwriting and the latest record getting stored. I am afraid to ask the user to go to SE11 and check for 0302 records.

Appreciate more inputs while i on my task to get the same fixed.

Changing to "1" doesn't work, it returns EE is already active.

Are you guys sure that we can't have more than one action in a day provided which doesn't have changes in the status indicators to be stored in 0302?

I doubt, we should have a solution for this.

If you run two or more actions on same day the laterst is stored in IT-0000 the previous actions are stored in IT0302.

you can check table PA0302 in se11 for that pernr.

if you check PA0000 in se11 you will find only latest action record.

you cant view 0302 in PA30.
