Asset Under - Construction

Hi All,

1, Am stuck with moving Asset Under - Construction to Active, I use the TC: AIAB and followed the process till I got the green light, my problem is the Settlement receiver, am kind of confuse what to put, my question is do i need to put the Asset number (WIP) that am trying to activate or I need to create another Asset master list and choose that as the settlement receiver.

2, What is Settlement Receiver?

Hi omoni,

Asset under construction (AUC) is basically WIP where all the cost gets dumped into till the work-in-progress turns into asset.

Now your doubt is which asset number to be given in the settlement rule right. Always the AUC asset number is sender and you have to create one more asset number under relevant asset class and should be given as the receiver

So the settlement receiver is new asset number that you will be creating under the relevant asset class.
