I need to get some data off the initial screen in QM02 to print on a label. The field I need is held in structure RQM00-FERTVORKTX. Can anybody tell me how I can get to the actual table where this is stored?

Depending on where you are seeing this text, the tables are
VIQMEL - Header
VIQMFE - Item
VIQMMA - Activities
VIQMSM - Tasks
VIQMUR - Item Cause
If this is a code/code group description you can get it from QPGT or QPCT.
