Hi,

It's possible to define an <b>a<b>lphanumerical</b></b> range intervals for the personnel number?

Personnel number is defined as of type NUMC(8) meaning it can only contains numeric values.

Using the T-Code SNRO, Object EHS_NEWPER,

The personnel number is defined as NUMC8. But how can we change this domain. To the alphanumerical code?

This would mean doing core mod on a number of SAP objects (PA, P, ...) which is quite risky.

I would recommend you to talk to SAP before deciding to make any change on this, as you may not even have SAP support if this is changed.

Check T code PA04. If it allows alphanumerical/not..?
