User ID

Hi,

I have developed a webdynpro application. We have deployed it on to the portal. Now user will enter user id in the portal authentication screen (SSO). Can anyone let me know how to capture the user ID value in the dynpro application as I have to do some validations based on the user ID entered in the portal authentication screen. Any quick response will be really helpful.

you can get the user id by using the system variable SY-UNAME
