Support Desk - Overview tab is blank for display users.
We have configured service desk on solution manager and it seems to be running OK however when we recall tickets and then go to transaction data, overview tab the information is blank. If we use a user that has SAP_ALL then the description data is visible. Does anyone know the auth object that is controlling this, or is there another reason it's not showing up?
Try this Authorization object CRM_TXT_ID.
