MIGO 161

Hi,

after a MIGO mvt 161 (done for goods damaged) system can't perform another goods receipt (mvt 101).

How can I do this after a mvt 161? The vendor has sent the remaining 5 pieces

and I have to post the goods receipt.

Hi,

If you know the PO no. and you expect a return delivery (from your vendor in, exchange for the goods you sent to them), in this case you'd better use MVT 122 to send the goods back to your supplier.

you receive 50 pcs from materialA for PO_a (MVT 101) /e.g. PO_a is closed/

you send back 5 pcs from materialA because of damage (MVT 122, refering to PO_a) > PO_a will be opened for 5pcs

your vendor sends you the return delivery (in exchange for the damaged goods) > you receive 5 pcs from materialA for PO_a (MVT 101) > PO_a will be closed

Hi

If you are doing a 161 movement it means its a returns PO. YOu can only return the goods to vendor.

If you would like to receive the goods,create another line item in the PO (without the returns flag) & do the Goods receipt with 101.
