Dear Mr.Prasobh,
Thanks for your reply. Actually my requirement is , Morning I got one schedule with different FG (around 100 materials). So i created one Req plan no followed all materials with required demand. I ran MRP for that Req Plan No. System creates Planned Orders for FG & SFG. Now i am manually changing & deleting planned orders of SFG.
Afternoon i am getting another schedule with different materials( Some materials may be same with the morning schedule). Now i am creating Req Plan No for these materials. Now if i run MRP for this req plan no how the system behave for repeated materials.Because in the morning schedule i deleted & changed some planned orders of SFG ( that FG materials are repeated in Afternoon Schedule)
Thats why i planned to run MRP based on Req Plan No. Is it correct? Pls throw some light on this.
Thanks & Regards,
S.Ganeshraja
Dear Mr.Prasobh,
FG1,FG2,FG3(Everyone) has 2 SFG (SFG1,SFG2)
Req Plan No : 123 ( Morning)
FG1 - 100 No, FG2 - 15 No, FG3 - 60 No, .......
I a running MRP based on Req Plan No (123). So system creates Pld ord for Fg & SFG.
For FG1 - 100 No, Pld ord for SFG1 - 100 No, SFG2 - 100 No
For FG2 - 15 No, Pld ord for SFG1 - 15 No, SFG2 - 15 No
For FG3 - 60 No, Pld ord for SFG1 - 60 No, SFG2 - 60 No
Now i am manually deleting the Pld order of SFG1 of FG1 ,changing pld ord of SFG2 of FG2 from 15 nos to 8 Nos & deleting two Pld ord of SFGs of FG3.
Req Plan No : 124 ( Afternoon)
FG1 - 120 No, FG2 - 70 No
Now I am running MRP based on Req Plan No (124). Now how the system behave for SFG?. it will consider only this requirement for SFG? Becoz these two materials are repeated from morning planning at that time i deleted and changed planned order of SFG. So will it create pld ord for this requirement only or it will consider the changed & deleted pld ord also.
Did u get my point?
Thanks & Regards,
S.Ganeshraja
Hi ganesh,
For SGF you are deleting only planned order which has created for Dep requirements of FG, not Dep requirements of FG, it still remains.
so have not deleted old requirement plan(123) for FG , it also still there AM i correct.
i am assuming u have changed & deleted planned ordres in SFG level only not for FG.
if this is the case, during MRP run it will consider Old requirement Plan also , results in sytem will create new planned order for FG(considering plan 123+ plan124), and same will be reflected in SFG also.
For SFG2 u have changed one planned order manually, it has been firmed, for remaining qty ststem will create anothe planned order to meet dep requiremens.
Since bcz of Dep requirements, it will consider old plan also along with new plan.
regards
pradeep
Dear Mr. Pradeep,
Thank you for your reply. So it will consider deleted planned orders of SFG also during the time of next MRP run (based on second Req Plan Number). Is it correct?
So is there any possible to avoid (ie., w/o considering the first Req plan No)during next MRP or how to achieve this scenario....
Mr.Prasobh wats your opinion.

Hi Ganesh,
I am unable to understand why u donot want to include previous plan, anyway if u dont want MRP to cosinder previous plan,
Goto Md62 -->Give requirement Plan Number->deselct the "version Active indicator" check box for particular material, Now this plan will not be included in MRP.
i hope this ill solve ur problem, Rewarding points, Encourages forum members
Regards
pradeep
